Mod GRF 1-29 is the 29-residue free peptide YADAIFTNSYRKVLGQLSARKLLQDIMSR with D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, and Leu27 substitutions; it lacks the maleimide DAC linker of CJC-1295. Empirical formula C₁₅₂H₂₅₂N₄₄O₄₂; MW 3367.97 Da.

Reconstitution. For in-vitro laboratory handling, dissolve with bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol). Compound is hygroscopic — handle in low-humidity conditions and re-cap immediately.
