Shipping, product details, and help with your order.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed at or after 12:00 p.m., or on weekends, ship the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. U.S. standard shipping is free on orders over $250 after discounts, before tax and shipping. Other shipping options are priced separately.

How can I track a shipment?

Sign in with the email address used for your order to view its status and carrier tracking. Tracking appears as soon as it is available. If you need help, contact hello@peptides.vc with your order number.

What does the selected vial strength mean?

The strength shown is the amount in one vial. Select an available strength to see its price. For blends, check the named components and total amount on the product page.

Where are your products prepared?

Our materials are prepared in a U.S. cGMP laboratory. cGMP stands for current Good Manufacturing Practice.

What are the products intended for?

Peptides.vc products are exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use or consumption.

Order support

Can I change or cancel an order?

All sales are final once your purchase is complete, and orders release to the warehouse as soon as payment is confirmed. If something is wrong, contact support immediately with your order number: before dispatch we will do what we can, and after dispatch the refund policy applies. Confirmed defective or damaged items qualify for replacement.

What if an item is defective or arrives damaged?

Contact hello@peptides.vc promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where the issue is visible. Keep the item and packaging while we review your report. Confirmed defective or damaged items are replaced at no additional cost. We do not issue cash or monetary refunds except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I order online now?
