1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at peptides.vc, an investigator agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Disagreement with any term means the site cannot be used.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Verified Compounds's website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This license does not include:
- Modifying or copying the materials
- Using the materials for commercial purposes
- Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transferring the materials to another person
3. Research Use Only (RUO) Agreement
CRITICAL: ALL PRODUCTS ARE FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY - NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION
All products are research chemicals intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific investigation by qualified investigators. By placing an order, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:
### 3.1 Product Classification
- All products are research chemicals sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research purposes.
- Products are NOT dietary supplements, NOT medications, and NOT food products.
- Products are NOT approved by the FDA for any use in humans or animals.
- Products are NOT safe for human or animal consumption under any circumstances.
- Products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.
### 3.2 Purchaser Qualifications
By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a qualified investigator affiliated with a legitimate research institution, laboratory, or educational facility, or are purchasing for another lawful in-vitro research purpose.
- You possess the necessary expertise, training, and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
- You will use the products exclusively for legitimate scientific research in compliance with applicable laws.
- You have read, understood, and agree to comply with all product documentation, including any applicable SDS and released COA.
### 3.3 Prohibited Uses
You expressly agree that you will NOT:
- Administer, inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce any product into any human or animal body.
- Use any product for therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or any non-research purpose.
- Resell, redistribute, or transfer any product without ensuring the recipient agrees to these same terms.
- Misrepresent the intended use of products to any third party.
- Use products in any manner that violates local, state, federal, or international laws.
### 3.4 Consequences of Misuse
Violation of this RUO Agreement may result in immediate termination of your account, prohibition from future purchases, reporting to appropriate regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where legally required or appropriate, civil liability for damages arising from misuse, and criminal prosecution under applicable laws and regulations.
### 3.5 Assumption of Risk and Release
You acknowledge that research chemicals inherently carry risks when handled improperly. You assume all risk associated with possession, storage, handling, and use of any products purchased. You release the vendor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from your use or misuse of any products.
4. Account Responsibilities
When an account is created, accurate and complete information must be provided. The account holder is responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
- All activities that occur under the account
- Notifying Verified Compounds immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, the purchaser represents that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. Verified Compounds reserves the right to:
- Refuse any order for any reason
- Limit quantities available for purchase
- Cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is detected
- Correct pricing errors
6. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing (Research Supply Program)
Verified Compoundsoffers an optional Research Supply Program ("subscription") for select products. Enrollment carries the following terms:
6.1 Billing terms.Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed at enrollment. The payment method is automatically charged on the same date each month. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice. All charges are in USD.
6.2 Cancellation. Cancellation is available at any time from the account page or by emailing hello@peptides.vc. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds.
6.3 Modifications. Modifications, pauses, and cancellations are available from the account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
6.4 Failed payments. If a recurring charge fails, Verified Compounds will attempt to process up to three times. If all attempts fail, the subscription may be paused or canceled and the account holder will be notified.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Verified Compounds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond its control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemicals, Verified Compounds cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed. By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges that all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If an order arrives with missing, damaged, or incorrect items, contact Verified Compounds within 48 hours of delivery at hello@peptides.vc with the order number and photographic evidence. Verified claims are resolved through replacement at the sole discretion of Verified Compounds.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, software — is the property of Verified Compounds or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products are provided "as is" for research purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verified Compounds disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Released-lot documentation records the tested lot attributes at the time of testing and does not guarantee results in any particular research application.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verified Compounds, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- Use or inability to use products or website
- Any unauthorized use or misuse of products
- Any injury, damage, or harm resulting from use or misuse
- Any third-party conduct or content
In no event shall total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verified Compounds from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: (a) use or misuse of any products; (b) violation of these Terms; (c) violation of any applicable law; or (d) any third-party claim related to product use. This obligation survives termination of the account and these Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Note: this section affects legal rights. Read carefully.
Step 1 — Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, contact Verified Compounds at legal@peptides.vc and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Step 2 — Binding Arbitration. If unresolved, either party may elect to resolve through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of California.
13.1 Class Action Waiver. Any dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
13.2 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, and either may seek injunctive or equitable relief to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of IP rights.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For matters not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
15. Force Majeure
Verified Compounds shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or infrastructure failures.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Verified CompoundsPrivacy Policy and the Damage Protection & Returns policy, constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements.
18. Changes to Terms
Verified Compounds reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
