When your order ships
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed at or after 12:00 p.m., or on weekends, ship the next business day.
The cutoff follows Pacific Time year-round. For example, an order placed at 2:00 p.m. on Friday ships on Monday. Dispatch times apply after payment is confirmed; adding items to a cart does not place an order. Dispatch is the day an order ships, not its delivery date.
Free shipping over $250
U.S. orders with a product subtotal over $250 qualify for free standard shipping. Eligibility is based on the subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping. Expedited and overnight services carry a separate charge when available.

A cart is not a confirmed order
Adding products to your cart does not reserve stock or place an order. An order can be sent for fulfillment only after successful payment confirmation.
Shipping details
When checkout opens, you’ll be able to review destination eligibility, available shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates before placing an order. The terms shown for your order will apply to that purchase.
Follow the product label and any documentation supplied with your material for handling requirements. If a package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly and keep the packaging for review.
